2. Terms of Service
Purpose
Dom-Verify is a SaaS service for analyzing expired domain names. It evaluates the SEO quality and security of a domain through several analysis modules (Wayback Machine, VirusTotal, WHOIS, PageSpeed).
Access to the service
The service is accessible to anyone with an internet connection. Dom-Verify offers a limited free tier as well as paid plans (Pro and Business) with extended features.
Registration and account
Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity carried out from their account.
Acceptable use
Users agree to use Dom-Verify in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any attempt to circumvent plan-based analysis limits
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Reselling or redistributing analysis data without prior authorization
- Attacks, intrusion attempts, or deliberate overloading of servers
Service availability
Dom-Verify strives to maintain service availability 24/7. Maintenance interruptions may occur. Dom-Verify cannot be held responsible for unavailability caused by third parties (external APIs, hosting provider, etc.).
Intellectual property
All elements of the site (interface, code, logo, content) are the exclusive property of N'GINAMAU Agaille and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
Limitation of liability
The analyses provided by Dom-Verify are indicative and do not constitute investment or legal advice. Dom-Verify cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on the displayed data. Data is sourced from third-party services (VirusTotal, Wayback Machine, Google PageSpeed) over which Dom-Verify has no control.
Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Dom-Verify reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these terms.
Amendments
Dom-Verify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email in case of material changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

- Payment data: managed exclusively by Stripe — Dom-Verify stores no banking data
- Technical data: IP address (Nginx server logs, retained 30 days), browsing data (PostHog Analytics)

- Managing accounts and subscriptions
- Sending transactional emails (welcome, password reset, trial reminders)
- Analyzing user behavior for product improvement (PostHog)
- Security and abuse prevention
Legal basis
Processing is based on:

Retention period
- Account data: account lifetime + 3 years after deletion
